Need To cancel reservations from paris Gare de Lyon to Caen France, for today. Cannot find where to do so. Any suggestions?
Why is there NO way to contact Eurail directly, by phone or email (at a reasonably quick response address), or maybe even by text?
I thought I cancelled 3 reservations, one intentionally, because I put the same individual twice rather than our two different names/travelers, and two reservations accidentally (through my errors). They still show in Reservations Overview (not cancelled?) after several hours. What do I do? Are they actually cancelled?
