Hello, yesterday april 4th I ordered and payed for a mobile pass but I have not received it. The amount has been drawn from my bank account but when logging onto my eurail it says I have no orders. I have searched the community and seen that others have had similar difficulties. I have emailed customer desk but without any response and from what I have read in other threads in the community they do not always respond within the promised 48 hours which makes me stressed since I need to start making seat reservations. Hi! I am planning on travelling from Venezia Mestre to Rome Termini by the high speed train Frecciarossa. I have a mobile pass and would like to make a seat reservation ahead since my connection time between arrival and departure is pretty short. I tried to use the Eurail reservation tool but I only get an error message when I am about to go to checkout. It has been like this for a day now so I guess it’s not just a temporary glitch. I tried to book online on Trenitalia’s website but couldn’t find any way of adding an interrail discount. I have checked the community for answers but haven’t really find any solution apart from buying a ticket at the station. Does anyone have experience of making seat reservations for Frecciarossa with Mobile pass and could give me some advice? Thanks very much!//Olga
