Hello everyone, I am receiving a warning that I need to add some locations manually in the Rail Planner application for the mobile pass. Not being able to see the train services in the application worries me. Could you please share your experiences with me about this issue and traveling to the Baltic countries. I want to change my promotional ticket. Should I buy a new ticket and request a refund? How exactly should I proceed? How long does it take for the refund to be made when I request a refund?
