URGENT! I am stuck in Bulgaria with only days of accommodation left. My mobile phone was stolen on Sunday the 24th Of July in Bulgaria, I have now bought myself a new phone but cannot add my pass to it as it is still connected to my old one. This is very urgent I will soon be stuck homeless in Bulgaria and need to leave very soon to get to my booked accommodation in Greece. Please I need help adding my pass to my new phone otherwise I will be stuck.
I start travelling next week and the date of birth on my pass is incorrect. My friend ordered two passes one for me and one for him, but the date of birth on my pass is incorrectly the same as his. I have contacted customer support but need answers quickly, should I try refund the pass and get a new one? This depends how quick passes are refunded. Or how can I change the date of birth? This is URGENT!
