Phone Stolen And Cannot Add My Mobile Pass To A New Phone

URGENT! I am stuck in Bulgaria with only days of accommodation left. My mobile phone was stolen on Sunday the 24th Of July in Bulgaria, I have now bought myself a new phone but cannot add my pass to it as it is still connected to my old one. This is very urgent I will soon be stuck homeless in Bulgaria and need to leave very soon to get to my booked accommodation in Greece. Please I need help adding my pass to my new phone otherwise I will be stuck.

P.S. there are no trains between Bulgaria and Greece currently, only busses not part of Interrail.
