Hi there, I have reserved tickets from paris to barcelona and they are paper, so they are sent to my house in Australia. It looks like now I won’t be in australia when the tickets arrive, so I was wondering if it’s possible to divert them to my AirBnb address in Paris? It appears PostNL hasn’t received the shipment yet, so I’m hoping there’s still a chance. PostNL said to ask the sender to redirect, but it looks like Eurail aren’t responding to questions quickly enough… What can I do? Thanks in advance,David
Hi there, My friend and I have reserved a seat for Paris to Barcelona for the 10th of July, but our paper reservations have not yet arrived. We are concerned they won’t arrived before 30th of June when we leave. In this case, could you help us understand our best options? We are wondering if it is possible to have them printed at the station since we have already purchased them, or, if we can get them scanned by someone in Australia once they arrive and we print them in Paris while there.
