Hi there,

 

I have reserved tickets from paris to barcelona and they are paper, so they are sent to my house in Australia. It looks like now I won’t be in australia when the tickets arrive, so I was wondering if it’s possible to divert them to my AirBnb address in Paris?

 

It appears PostNL hasn’t received the shipment yet, so I’m hoping there’s still a chance. PostNL said to ask the sender to redirect, but it looks like Eurail aren’t responding to questions quickly enough… What can I do?

Hi @DavidMcD 

If a reservation has been made, the delivery address cannot be changed. The only way would be making a new reservation and having it delivered to an address in Europe. If the delivery time does not arrive before departure, it will be shown on the Website and you would have to book directly at the train station.
