HiThe day before yesterday I bought a mobile Interrail Benelux Pass because I want to travel from Belgium (my country of residence) to the Netherlands 3x in the upcoming 4 weeks. I'm a Belgian Citizen.I activated my pass like the instructions said (so it has a beginning and end date) but when I wanted to add my journey from Gavere (BE) to Breda (NL) and back, yesterday, I was not able to. The error message said my pass was not available in some of these countries. App = Rail Planner.So I had to buy another expensive ticket.I really don't understand why I can't use my pass.So now my pass is useless and I cannot apply for a refund because it’s activated.I hope there is a solution so it’s not money down the drain.What I want is to travel from Belgium (country where I live) to The Netherlands a couple of times.Thanks for helping my out here and suggesting a good solution.Have a great day,Tanja
