Hi! I was booking a trip from Madrid to Paris and it says the following sentence: “Your order contains one or more paper tickets. Based on our calculations, your order will not arrive on time. Please send your reservations to another address, such as your hotel in Europe, or try booking at a European train station.”

What I’m supposed to do? Is our first train and we can’t book it

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail

I now see that you live in Spain. Then you should be able to the ticket office of the Spanish railway and get help. Or call them.

The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website. You can look at the guide in the link:

https://community.eurail.com/train-connections-reservations-47/how-to-get-reservations-105

If you, after having looked at the guide, have questions about how to make specific reservation, please give your travel details (departure date, time and route) preferably in a new post, and you will get advice.

OR-ESpanoles, think, go to Estacion RENFE-they are the very 1st ones to be able to help.

OR-want to save the peseta/€? Fast trains over border cost an awful lot extra-cross border old-fashioned way by rodalies/locals and use other trenes. F.e. Overnight Cerbëre (1st stop in FR) to Paris.

I wrote in the wrong topic. Sorry.
