Can’t produce ticket by manual added journey.

Hello, I filled out the form for a manuell journey. Dates and train numbers are checked at railway station at Porto. But if I want to produce a ticket it doesn’t work. I shall try it again or contact railwayplanner. So I tried it several times but no ticket will be produced. What can I do. Want to travel tomorrow!

It means, that no ticket was produced. But I canceled the whole journey and planned it again. Same dates, same train etc.  Now the pass produce the ticket. Problem luckily solved.

What do you mean by "It doesn't work”? Did you also add the train to My Pass?
