My train was canceled on May 19, I made a claim on the snfc website but they did not answer. Where should I request the refund of the ticket and the extra expenses for having canceled that trip.

View originalYou could go to the SNCF mediator:
https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/dispute-management/sncf-mediator
SNCF is responsible for any extra expenses since they should have offered an alternative. They're required to send a reply within 1 month, or a notice that it will take longer and then their final reply must come within 3 months.
it's been more than a month i made the claim through snfc but i don't get any answer, is there any entity in europe that regulates these cases? any other place where i can make my claim?
