Unable to book trains online due to apostrophe in my name


Hello,

I am trying to book train tickets online and due to the apostrophe in my name it will not allow me. The apostrophe was fine on the mobile app, but when I go online to do seat reservations it says “special characters not allowed”.

I have tried deleting the apostrophe from my name and using a space, but since my pass is linked to the name with the apostrophe it is unable to be found. 
In other post the only solution was that the Eurail team changes the name on my account to one without an apostrophe so please can you interact with my post so they are able to see this and fix my account as soon as possible.

This is a known problem to the experienced travellers in the community and only Customer Support can help you. Please use the form in the link below to contact them.

Customer Support is currently overloaded with requests so you will probably have to be patient to get help. Please let Customer Support know what date your travel will start so that they can prioritise your request correctly.

The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website and then it doesn't matter with the apostrophe in your name.
