I bought my pass a few hours ago but the confirmation email has not arrived yet and there is no order in the overview but the pass is already charged, what can I do? I have contacted support.

View originalThen there is a problem with the connection between your bank and Eurail. This happens sometimes. You will get the money refunded from Eurail. That usually goes very quickly. Try to pay with another card if you can.
