I am facing a very very bad experience with Interrail customer service. I couldn't pay for my seat reservations, every time the page said "bad request". After the 4th time, I finally succeeded. Now I can see on my bank account that the payment was made 4 times! I've explained the situation to interrail, but they say it's all my fault and that you have to wait 30 minutes to validate the payment. Even though a page indicated a bug. How can I get my money back (€48)? Thank you for your help!

Do you have any screenshots of the errors so you can show what happened?
If customer service refuse, then you can try the European ODR Platform, as stated in Interrail's booking conditions.
