Can't access rail planner app - won't let me pass privacy page

Hi, I'm trying to get into my rail planner- app, I haven't had any issues before but since it has just updated it won't let me past the privacy policy page. I check the box to agree, but then it says something went wrong. I need to get into the app but don't know how. Any suggestions?

This sounds like a technical issue. We suggest enabling error log- if possible- so we can look into the details of the issue.

I have the same issue. Only allows me to accept the policy while online and thus making the app unusable offline. This should be speedily fixed.
