Hello Miss, Sir,
My name is Raphael Mbeleck and I report a problem. Indeed during my purchase procedure for seat reservation. I was told that I had to pay for an Interrail pass first which I did on the website via my account. After booking my seats on the website, I noticed that I had to activate my pass via the app. What I did. The problem is that when I go to the application none of my reservations are displayed while on my Internet account all my reservations are there. Is this a problem for my journey because the places I paid are linked to the hotel I paid for.

Reservations are not linked to your pass. It's completely separate from the pass. The pdf you've probably been sent by mail, is just fine as proof for your reserved seat. 

There are many ways to reserve a seat on a train, without the need of having a pass.
