I am an Asian who is working in Hungary and I have a Hungarian residence permit card. can i use interrail?

You are allowed to buy an Interrail pass because you are a resident of Hungary. But that does limit you to two days of travelling in Hungary itself.

You are allowed to buy an Eurail pass because you have a non European passport.

So it’s up to you.

But it does limit you two two days of travellling in Hungary when buying a global pass, Eurail doesn’t. You may buy a Eurail pass, too.
