Hi Interrailer!

I’m planning my next interrail in Switzerland, but this time I want to bring with me my small dog.

I have already checked and in Switzerland if the dog is small and fits in a bag I don't have to pay the ticket for him.

But does this also apply to the interrail ticket?

Thanks in advance.

If the dog is small (under 30cm height) and in the Bag then it will be count as “Luggage” and is free even with a Interrailpass. If the dog is bigger you have to pay 50% of the 2nd Class price or you can buy a 25CHF dog dayticket for Switzerland.
