Yesterday I ordered a mobile global pass, also payed it but I didn't receive it. How can we solve this?

I also send an email to zendesk.

I got the reply from zendesk where I've mailed to.

I recommand that Eurail looks for this problem, I've seen some articles and reviews on the internet that I'm not the first with that problem: ordered and payed but nothing received.
