Pass is not connected to my account

I won Interrail Tickets via Hessen Rail, and now i can not book reservations, because I don´t have an interrail account with my passes, how can I connect them?

In the App my Mobile Passes are already activated but for the reservations I have to go online on the website with my account, but for the App I didn´t need an account so my passes arent connectet to one.

I already tried to message the Bot, but it says my question is to long.

There are many different ways of making reservations. If you would make the seat reservations on the Interrail/Eurail website ypu need to pay an extra fee of 2 EUR per ticket which you mostly don't have to do if you book directly at the national railway companies.
