So I ordered a mobile pass but got some personal information wrong specifically my birth date. I contacted Customer service to get it changed more than two weeks ago but i haven’t gotten any real response yet, (I absolutely understand that they’re overwhelmed atm) . I haven’t activated my pass because of this. But I’m getting really stressed about making seat reservations etc
So I’m wondering if anyone here can help, how long it’ll take for customer service to respond, if i can resolve this without them, or in the worst case if I’ll be able to travel with the wrong info on my pass,
