Wrong country for my mobile pass

Hi, last Friday I booked a Eurail ticket, but I filled in the wrong country information, it should be "China” instead of "Swaziland”. I haven't activated it in my app. I plan to travel on Thursday, how could I change this mistake?

Please contact customer support to have them correct this and mention when you will be travelling.

I have send the request last Friday, but I haven't received any feedback.😭
