Dear community,

Maybe you have noticed that we had numerous spam posts within the community on Tuesday morning trying to disrupt our service. If you were inconvenienced in any way we sincerely apologise. Please note that for the coming days we are approving all posts as an extra security measure. We apologise for the wait time that you may experience for your topic to be posted. We want to assure you that no system or service was compromised as a result of the spam accounts. At Eurail, we take the privacy and security of our systems very seriously and will always take swift action to protect our travellers. It is important and we do want to remind you that this is a public forum, please be mindful to never share any personal information (e.g. email address, passport number, pass number etc.). We do our best to identify when this happens within the Eurail community and we will always try to notify the user and delete these messages.

You may have received automated emails because your account is set to get notifications in certain forums. You can unsubscribe to all community emails or update your notification settings in your profile.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us, our team is available to assist you.

Have a nice day!
