Eurail should really consider offering a hotline for urgent requests, like disfunctioning mobile tickets and tickets that don’t arrive.In the mean time, it is Kings Day in the Netherlands today (where the office is), most businesses are closed today. So I would not expect an answer today.

@rvdborgt Almost forgot that I made a screenshot.I asked the ticket sellers at Antwerp-Centraal and Brussels-Midi to try out the app, in the hope that they contact Interrail directly. They couldn’t do that, but tried adding journeys for like 20 minutes, but without success - the new travel day didn’t appear.The next day, all the journeys suddenly appeared and the page looked like this screenshot. A lot of trips - but without the stations showing. So yeah, longing back to the good old paper tickets, even though I build Mobile Apps for a living.
Hi @rvdborgt, it’s still the same issue as you answered earlier. :)Just trying to get the attention of the support department, so they can provide an alternative for that super unreliable iOS app.
Thanks, yes I’m traveling with the 3 month pass. And I’m continuing my journey like you explained. Up to now I haven’t received a fine. It helps that I at least can show the QR code of the earlier travel days. 🙂

Yes, it’s that version indeed.Restarting worked before, but since adding the manual journey to Antwerp, the journey itself doesn’t appear and I can’t add new journeys anymore - and therefore no QR code is generated for today. I did already contact about other issues with the QR codes, via Facebook Messenger. But the biggest problem is that they are not answering at all - waited more than a week, and I did mention that I’m currently travelling. ☹️
