Ah yes that’s the problem we had. Ring Attica group and they’ll change the activation date for you :)
Start date and activation date are very different. Start date is the time you can travel (I’m assuming) and activation is when your pass is in use. If you want to change the start date then this can’t be done. If you want to change the activation date, we had to ring up Attica-group and speak to them. Don’t bother with blue star they’re useless it took us 2 weeks to get it sorted through them and I had to shout at someone to actually get in contact with a person able to fix it.

You can ‘activate’ it using the blue star ferry website. It activates from your first booking when you use the pass cover number.
Would be great if this could be resolved as we need to leave tomorrow to athens and it’s not a cheap trip. Is there any way of claiming back from interrail if this hasn’t been sorted?
But it’s still not letting us book online nor when we go into the ticket shop, everyone is saying it’s not valid ☹️☹️☹️ How do we fix that?
4-day greek islands pass. It’s not on our mobile but we were able to book online. So merely just the code was used however nothing has been written on our pass to say it’s been used. And the travel day hasn’t occurred. Even though we’ve cancelled the trip it’s still classing as activated on our pass
We have only booked the ferry, nothing has been written down. Is this still the case?? Everything online seems to say you can cancel it as long as it’s not after the day of travel
Be careful!!! Book your ferries in order, otherwise you won’t be able to use it for ferries before that date. We used the blue star ferries website and it allowed us to book but now we can’t book anything before our later ferry. Can’t even change the activation date because interrail are useless at responding
*UPDATE* rebooked the athens ferry, it clearly works so for some reason our pass won’t change travel start days
