Thank you for the help! Btw, is there a need to print the reservations or will showing the email suffice?
Do I have to go to a train station counter to collect a train ticket or is showing the OBB PDF enough for entering the station/boarding the train? Your train ticket is the QR code you create when you have connected the journey in "My trip" to your pass. This should only be done jyst before boarding the train. Ah I see, thanks! So I will have to show both my reservation PDF and Eurail app QR code before entering the station/ board the train?
Can do-no problem. Reason; this is in fact a kind of sneeky workaround. Of course the Austrian system is based on selling In AT=Austria and those customers obviously are INternational. Lah! And again: on the major lines with trains ev hour or more-there is not really a reason to worry about it all monthes ahead. Hey thank you for the response, I have booked my ticket via the OBB website. I have received the PDF reservation ticket. Do I have to go to a train station counter to collect a train ticket or is showing the OBB PDF enough for entering the station/boarding the train? NOTE: if you generate the PDF, you can’t use a other form for the reservation. So please use the form that is the best for you. If you choose to collect it at the train station, this is only possible at train stations of ÖBB in Austria. Please check the conditions that apply for this reservation in the email of ÖBB. Could you also say to us how does this reservation loo

Hey @pkyungmin good question. Ehhm normally this Global pass adding is because you can get the “discount” also for international trains and with your pass it is not possible. But for routes within Italy it should work. Because the price is the same as One country pass or global pass. But I never booked a reservation via ÖBB for Italy to tell you what they will write on the reservation. Thank you for the quick response! I will be travelling within Italy only using my Eurail Italy pass. For example, when I select Milano Central > Roma Termini, the only Eurail option that appeared in the discount drop-down is Eurail Global Pass. Hence, I was not sure if I would get into trouble if I were to book via the OEBB website. Additionally, is it possible for me to reserve seats for trains within Italy from main stations outside of Italy, lets say in Paris Gare du Nord? First time traveller in Europe and am not sure about the system haha
Hello! Thank you for introducing the OEBB method to reserve seats for Italian trains. I noticed on the OEBB website that under discount, only Eurail Global passes are available. However, the pass I hold is the Eurail Pass for Italy only. Does this mean that I am unable to use the OEBB website to reserve my seats?
