I’m looking to take the Leman Express service L1 from Annemasse to Geneva at 10:05 on 6th April but this is not appearing in the search in the app. It appears some other L1 line services are also missing. Is there a reason for this? If I catch this train I can’t add it to my mobile pass in the app so what if I get a ticket check?
My eldest child will turn 12 next year and they have a child global pass (along with me having an adult global pass). We had hoped to start our travel before they turn 12 but unfortunately no longer can. However, we will have a spare day in our itinerary and could activate/start their pass before they turn 12, sacrificing that spare day and still complete our itinerary in the remaining days and duration of the global pass. Would that be possible even though we do not actually travel on the start day before they turn 12? e.g. we do not add a journey to that day in the app? And, if so, could we do this for the child alone or would an adult pass also need to be started on the same day?
