I’m looking to take the Leman Express service L1 from Annemasse to Geneva at 10:05 on 6th April but this is not appearing in the search in the app. It appears some other L1 line services are also missing. Is there a reason for this? If I catch this train I can’t add it to my mobile pass in the app so what if I get a ticket check?

There's no need to add it to the app yet, the only requirement is that you do it before you board.
If this train is still missing on the day of your journey, then you can add it manually: scroll to the bottom of the planner results and tap on "Add it manually”.
