My Eurostar was delayed and so I missed the connection in Brussels to go to Köln. I got a HTONAT endorsement form the Eurostar and wanted to get on the next train (to make my connection to Berlin), but the staff on the Thalys insisted that I had to pay for a reservation to go on it, even though no reservation would have been needed to take the earlier ICE had I not been delayed. Is this correct?
Hi! I’m trying to check my route from Trieste to Zagreb in early September on the Interrail website to see if I need to make any reservations. At the moment the system is only showing one route (14h via Udine and Villach).I checked on the Deutsche Bahn website for the same day (7th Sept) and they’re showing a much simpler route taking the train via Ljubljana. Is this included in the Interrail pass, and if so, do you need a seat reservation?(also any reason why this isn’t showing up on interrail itself?)Thanks!
