Hello, I wanted to know how I can change my mobile passes from a 7-day pass to a 5-day pass for 2 people. I realized that I don’t need the extra 2 days, and I can save money on my pass by just changing my pass duration. Please let me know how to do this, as I will be traveling this month. I also want to know how the refund process will work, as I have not activated my pass yet either.
I need help in cancelling my tickets so I can buy new ones for a shorter amount of time. However, whenever I try to cancel, the system just says “Sorry, something went wrong with your refund. Please try again, or contact customer service if this keeps happening.” I’ve tried multiple the last few hours, with no change. Customer service does not seem to respond in a timely manner either, which is why I’m just cancelling the tickets instead of exchanging them. Please note these are mobile passes, not paper ones. I would really appreciate some help, thanks!
