Hi there, on the last day of my trip my pass suddenly disconnected from saved trip and I had to re- add the pass but I lost all the data (journeys etc) that were connected to that pass. Can you advise how I can recover this / reconnect the pass to saved trip/ consolidate the two trips on to the one pass ? I currently have two trips- one has most of the journeys but isn’t connected to the pass , and one is the new trip I had to create to get home!Many thanksFrancesca
Hi there, I ordered my tickets during the sale and put the two names the same (in my travel companion’s name !) and not one in my name. I emailed customer services straight away and have also tried to contact them via the forums - to no avail. I have sent two emails and tried to call - I understand they are dealing with a lot of requests but I thought I would have heard back after a month. I booked the tickets almost 4 weeks ago and would like the resolved soon if possible so that we can travel soon! Any advice most welcome, Thanks in advance Francesca
