My mobile pass won’t let me activate it before the 16th of July, I’m due to travel on the 13th with trains that require an active pass. I raised this issue with customer support 26/04/2022 and it’s 30/06/2022 and I’ve still not had this issue resolved. Getting a little desperate so does anyone know if there’s a office in the UK that I can go to in person as I’m clearly not getting anywhere via email. I’m supposed to travel on 13/07/2022 but when I go to choose my start date in the Rail Planner app I am only able to pick a start date from the 16/07/2022 onwards. I’ve emailed customer support about this but they seem to be taking at minimum three weeks to get back to any query which doesn’t leave me a lot of wiggle room. I’ve tried removing my pass and re-adding and no luck, anyone have anything else I can try???
