Hi all, yesterday I bought 4 mobile passes (2 adults and 2 youth) and I didnt recieve a confirmation in my emailbox.I tried many times to chat, send email messages to solve my problem, without success.I really need asap a solution for this problem, couldnt do a call to a support desk.My email is correct, I checked my spam, nothing.In my acccount I tried many times to resend the confirmation, nothing!! HELP!
Hi, I didnt recieve an e-mail and confirmation of the purchase of 4 mobile passesi checked my spam box, I checked my e-mail is right and asked for a resend of confirmation in my account. Hi, I need urgently help! Yesterday I booked 4 mobile passes (a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 youths). I didnt recieve the confirmation in my e-mailbox. Of course; the e-mail is right, checked the spam, used chat, asking questions. No answers so far! please, I need help, I need my card Numbers soon. Our holiday is coming and don’t like to loose days.
