No confirmation after buying passes


Hi, I need urgently help!

 

Yesterday I booked 4 mobile passes (a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 youths). I didnt recieve the confirmation in my e-mailbox. 
 

Of course; the e-mail is right, checked the spam, used chat, asking questions. 
 

No answers so far!

 

please, I need help, I need my card Numbers soon. Our holiday is coming and don’t like to loose days.

Only Customer Support can help with this. The best is to contact them through this form.

Customer Support is overloaded with requests so you need to clearly write what date you will start travelling so that Customer Support can prioritise your request correctly.

I think that you should be able to see your pass numbers in your account.

You don't need your pass to make reservations. 

The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to use other ways to make reservations than the Interrail/Eurail website. You can look at the guide in the link:

Volgens keer indien weer per trein: NS verkoopt ze ook gewoon ala minute (en op papier kan ook nog) of anderen zoals treinreiswinkel.
