Hi Could you please help! I am unable to add my pass to my new phone even though customer services have un-linked it from my old broken phone. Ever time I try to add it, it says I am offline but I am fully connected to the internet. I have tried many times. Thank you.
I wondered if anyone can help with this please:)I have added the 14.25 from Paris Lyon to Avignon on the 25th Aug to ‘my trip’ and successfully bought seat reservations but have just checked and it doesn’t appear in the journey planner anymore. I have looked on Sncf and trainline websites and it is showing up on their sites which is confusing me. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks
Hi I am trying to reactivate my pass onto my new phone, customer services have deactivated or un-linked it from my old phone but every time I put my name and pass number in and try to add my pass it says I’m offline but I am definitely connected to the internet. Thank you for your help.
