Figured it out! I didn’t understand that I had to tap on the sliding symbol - I was tapping elsewhere on the journey so it wasn’t properly adding to my pass.Thank you very much for your help rydborgt.
If I add the journey, it doesn’t give me a ticket as such as the journey added says “Seat Reservations required”. I then have the paper copy of the seat reservations. Is that all I need to do, or am I doing something wrong. Just want to check as despite adding the Eurostar journey there is still no option to “Show TIcket” in my Eurail mobile pass.
Yes, unfortunately though the more time that elapses, the less likely that I get the seat reservations that I am hoping for… Happily though I have just heard from Customer Support again, so I think all will be resolved in time. 😅

Whereas a lot of railways post the track where the train leaves from months in advance, the SNCF only does this 20 minutes in advance. Well that adds to the excitement on the day! 😬Thanks for letting me know.
I just received a further email from Eurail saying that if the error is on their side then they will take further action to help me. I’ve sent them a screenshot so that they can see that the error is occurring - so hopefully this will all get resolved soon.
I can advise that SNCF is answering the phone. However they tell me that they cannot change the Eurail seat reservation, but only Eurail can do this.Eurail is telling me they cannot change the seat reservation, and that only SCNF can.Mind you, Eurail also told me there was nothing wrong with their web site and it should be able to book reservations for six travellers in one transaction. That’s clearly not the case and I have now sent them a screenshot of the error code that I get every time I try and make a reservation that involves six travellers.There are plenty of seats on the train! SCNF customer service told me there is plenty of room for us all to sit together. SOOOOO frustrating.I am going to try and ring SCNF customer service again in hopes of getting a more helpful person on the phone.Eurail customer service told me that is says on the ticket that SCNF will accept exchanges, but the ticket is in French, so I can’t be 100% sure of this…Any other helpful tips on how to get this
Thank you - that’s good to know. I didn’t realise the app would show the platform and I didn’t read the end of your post carefully enough. Sorry about that. (I haven’t been to Europe in over a decade and train travel for long journeys is not really a thing we do here in Australia. There is a lot of information to absorb!)
Thank you! This is very helpful.We would prefer to try and make the connection so we will take our chances. Just wanted to know that there is a plan B in case the first train runs late.Is it possible to find out the arriving platform / departing platform so I can be as prepared as possible for the connection?
