I have returned my paper pass using the provided return label. I did some research and found out that this type of return label is part of the international business reply service. Eurail utilized the same service to send the paper passes via registered mail, however, the return label was only for standard mail without a tracking number. To ensure my pass was safely returned, I went to USPS today and spent $27 to have it sent via registered mail, using the return label provided by Eurail.Thank you all for the help!@AnnaB @ralderton @St Kristoffer
@St Kristoffer , thank you very much for your reply. Just would like to clarify: do you mean non refundable for the postage? Yes, I am willing to pay for the postage. By using DHL, just would like to confimr that Eurail will still give me refund once the physical paper passes are received.
