I have searched Eurail website and I am not able to find a way to reserve ferry ticket. Does Eurail global pass include this ferry?

No, it's not included and there is no discount either. Eurail focuses on railways and trains.
Sometimes you do get a discount on boats, the list can be found here: https://benefitsportal.eurail.com/
