Yesterday I experienced troubles with a place reservation. I got a message on the website of interrail my payment wasn't successful so I retried. However later that evening I notified I did make 2 reservations for the same train and consequently paid 2 times. As the travel is already today I couldn't cancel the second reservation.After many troubles - it is a real challenge to contact interrail - I found a mailaddress and explained what happened. However I am very worried about getting a refund, and these reservations weren't cheap. Did the same problem happen to anybody else and did you get a refund?Thanks for sharing experiences.
Hi,I made a reservation for a trip from Paris to Turin for next Monday 25/07, my money was taken but I did not receive any ticket or confirmation email. It’s been a month that I try to reach the assistance but I had only one response, asking me to give my reservation number, I answered that I did not have any, as I had mentioned but now I don’t have any news.So I wanted to book the trip again, but now it is unavailable on the website.Do you know by any chance if there is a way I can get that train on next Monday ? Hi there,I’m looking for help desperately. My two sons have just started interrailing but haven’t made their first trip by train yet (they’ve flown into a city and are staying there until Friday). My youngest son has special needs and eurail said that my older son would qualify for a complimentary carer’s ticket if I sent on his details which I did weeks ago. I have heard nothing back and I’m now in the position that I will have to buy my older son an interrail ticket as the trip they intend to make to the next city will cost more than the cost of the interrail ticket. I have tried contacting eurail, to no avail. Does anyone have any advice please?Spending money on another interrail ticket wasn’t in my budget since they said this wouldn’t be necessary.

Hello,My phone with my pass was reset, now I can’t reload it on my phone because it is “already activated on another device”.I’ve contacted the customer service but I still haven’t received any answer and my trip start in 2 day.
