Hello,My pass started the journey on the 9th of July, whereas I actually started my trip and only took my first ticket on the 24th of July. So it says my pass will end on the 9th of august insteed of the 24th. How can this be corrected ?
Hello,I am travelling 24th of july 7 am, worried i cannot show my pass to the ticket controller. I am logged in on my pass, when i click on show my ticket the app asks for a password. And my loggin password of my pass does not work.
I am due to travel on Saturday morning and I have a Global pass with the cancelling option.I had uploaded the app on a phone which is now broken.The app is not letting me uplaod my pass on my new phone.The website is not letting make my reservation.I can not get hold of anyone on the phone after spending two entire days trying to get help, I am in despair !Please someone help me!!Regards,Cecilia
