My pass started the journey on the 9th of July, whereas I actually started my trip and only took my first ticket on the 24th of July. So it says my pass will end on the 9th of august insteed of the 24th. How can this be corrected ?

During the Activation process you selected a Validity start in your case it was the 9th July :/
The only option to correct is is to open a case for the Customer Support :) Here the Online form to open a case
