My eurostar reservation (with interrailpass 4 days in Europe) for Londen-Brussels on sunday 21 May has been cancelled.... This was supposed to be my 4the trainday and inbound day back to my home country Belgium. I can't change my reservation, website is down for changing dates. I got the cancelations email at 11 am and tried to change tickets at 12 am but already website was down. When I trie it now, I stiml can't get through. When I select new dates and trains that have open seats, I still get the 'Oops, something went wrong' page when I trie to confirm the changes.Additional problem is that I made the reservations on the belgium website, SNCB, for me and my sister. So I have to change 2 tickets from 1 reservation and we are not going to take the same trains as my sister still has 2 weeks of and would travel further in the UK, now that our returntrain has been cancelled. Hi there,I’m taking this trip in july (see previous question) I talked about it to my friends and some are worried that I’m going to spend too much time on the trains, especially in comparison with the time I get to spend ‘not traveling’. I have done several long train journeys, but never that many in 1 trip. Is it too much on the train, moving around to really enjoy the trip?Any thoughts from experienced train-travellers?
I am looking to make a trip in the summer, on my own (female, 41) and was wondering if this is itinerary is going to be too much as all my 'train-days' are quite long. Do any of you have experience with these trains and know if these will be comfortable, have catering,?Also, any tips on reservering seats in advance? According to the railplanner app I don't have to reserve for any of these trains. Thanks!
Hi there, I have a global pass of 4 traindays in a month. I would like to go on holiday in july on my own. Starting in Brussel I would like each trainday to be followed by 2 non-train days (visiting city). I did Germany last year and have already been to Poland, Spain, France. Any suggestions how far I can get with only 4 days of train, including getting back to Brussel?Tine
