I have booked a Eurostar trip St Pancras to Lille and paid the seat reservation supplement but I other than a payment confirmation I cannot find details of the seat reservation?
I am using the app for the 1st time. I have the digital pass on the appI booked the 14.03 Lille Europe to Lyon for Sunday 10th April but could not reserve a seat? the option said book on board or at major station? is this the usual way to make an Interail seat reservation? I have booked a ticket for the above journey on SNCF connect because I was concerned I would not be able to get two seats and would miss the connection entirey to LeonI have the same problem trying to book the Torino Portal Susa on Thursday 21st April? I have tried customer services but to one is responding! clearly I am misunderstanding something fundamental thanks Peter
I am looking to take a quick business trip to Munich preferring to travel by train than flying however the viability of this is determined by Eurostar seat availabiliy. how can I check this before i commit to buying a 3 day pass?
good morning this is urgent and I believe it needs to be solved by the team. I have written to them but no reply and cannot find a telephone number. I bought an electronic pass on Friday I need to travel tomorrow starting with Eurostar. the electronic pass number is not recognised by the seat reservation page at Eurostar.
I have a journey on Monday 17th October from Napoli Central to Brussels Central the final leg from Paris Nord to Brussels central was not available as a single journey on Interail first I successfully put the following reservations into the ingrail seat reservation basket and. then purchased from SNFC the 21.42 Paris Nord. - Brussels Central air 23.08 06.30 Napoli - Milano Centrale arrive 10.5811.20 Milano Centrale - Basel Sbb arrive 15.3216.34 Basel Sbb - Paris GDL arrive 19.40 I have tried too check out with 3 different credit cards and tried PayPal all result in the following “something went wrong please refresh the page”I have done this numerous times with no success
i have 2 electronic 15 day passes on my phone 1 is ok the qr code for second has disappeared now i have been fined €44 how can i retrieve the missing one
