Yesterday Mobile pass was not generating the ticket for the newly added train. We are family and are on travelling and yesterday was the second travel day so we need urgent support. I contacted https://eurail.zendesk.com/hc/en-001/requests/new and no answered yet. I checked this morning and the ticket is now generated correctly, strange, but I am still very concerned that will happen again. Is there anyone here to help? Yesterday which was the second day of the travel days, I added another train to the pass. The train is also shown as added to ticket in my trip list. But old ticket from the very first travel day is shown instead in the pass when I trying to show ticket to conductor and it was always like that the whole day. Restart railplanner app does not help. Internet connection was fine. Yesterday we could not show the the valid ticket in the pass. Only the first day ticket which was in the past was shown. Of course the travel day counted correctly as 2.How can I make sure this
What I mean is if I already activated the pass with the first travel day on 23 Apr. In case I want to travel earlier which is on 22 Apr. Can I add just 22 Apr train to the trip (which belong to the pass) and that will work?Thank you very much for your help.
I have a Dutch permanent resident card, and a non EU passport. So Should I use a permanent resident card ID for Interrail Pass activation? Do I need to bring a passport with me if I travel only in Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Italy?
On ÖBB, the train number which runs Innsbruck Hbf > Salzburg Hbf on Fri, Apr 29 2022 10:17 - 12:03 is Railjet Xpress 161 + Railjet Xpress 184. And I would like to take this RailJet train. I cannot find the exact same train number in Rail Planner. The Planner shows the train EC 161. So I am wondering if it is the same train? The EC 161 train is scheduled at exactly the same time but it is a different train number. And what should I do to add a journey in this case ? Thank you in advance for your help.
When I choose to make a reservation for *1st class — Pass - Berth 4 persons * on the night train NJ via the interrail website, is it the private compartment for 4 of us? And will we end up with other person in the different several compartments? We are family of 4 and want to stay together without other passengers. How can we book for private Couchette Berth compartment? thank you in advance!
