Hi I have already receive qr code ticket but it asked me to reserve seat. However I just check today there is no seat left to book. does my QR code ticket still valid. Or I cannot use this qr ticket as I didn’t book seat beforehand.
Hi I will be travelling in 2 days and I cannot book the seat reservation.I already had global pass and QR code ticket for my trip in “My Pass” icon but some trips required to reserve the seats. which I cannot find way to do so.How do I make seat reservation for these trips. My trips are as such;1. London - Manchester2. London - Paris nord3. Paris nord - Amsterdam centraal
Cannot activate my global pass. Out of 5 people only one has gone through while the rest mentioned to contact customer service. However, I have wait for days and tried to sent messages through Facebook, email, twitter but there is still no reply.I have checked that all information are correct and the app is of the newest version. Also tried setting as mentioned in the forum too. Still not workingI have attached a photo of the message shown.
