I have activated my pass and can’t find a way to deactivate it should that be needed. I have added 6 train routes to my trip and clicked the toggles to yellow which I assume links to the pass . My first journey is tomorrow so panicking a bit! Clicking on view ticket says no trips connected to pass 😩 can anyone help me please. I activated pass 9 April as my 11 months was up 10 April , regards John
Sorry to ask so many questions but I am not sure what I have done wrong so wondering if the tickets only become visible on the app when it’s the actual day of travel ? Can anyone confirm please as we are supposed to be leaving tomorrow morning 19 April and I am concerned . Regards John
I am using 30.2.0 but have been advised that I should be on 30.3.0 to rectify my problem to get tickets. I cannot see a later version. We leave tomorrow and I am very worried . Bw John
I was adding some new journeys in last night but cannot find all the old saved ones including the journeys used over the last month
