I can’y make a seat reservation for a specific train destination via the interrail apprication. It’s impossible ro book a trip on Frech SNCF because you can not fill in tjay you have an interrail pass (only specific SNCP cards and passes are accepted). I asked SNCF and they answered go to the train station and book it there.This means that Interrail sells passes but you can’t book tickets on their application for some trains/destinations. It means also that SNCF is in the interrail program but you can not book online on their application. It means also that I will have to travel 80 km back and forth to order our tickets. Is there another possibility to book online tickets in France with interrail pass without having to travelby bus to the nearest (small) station only to be told, perhaps, that it is not possible in that station and that I must go to another (larger) station.Nice service that Interrail prigram!
I have one country paper passes that are activated for August 15. I didn’t yet make any reservation but want a refund. How do I desactivate these passes or is it not necessary due I didn’t have any train reservation? Please give me a concrete answer with, if needed, concrete instructions.Thanks.
I bought three interrail one country3 days paper passes.I tried to book trains via the interrail-website, but impossible to make seat reservations. Therefore I went to the station with details of the specific trains I wanted to book. Great was my surprise that it couldn’t be booked as there were only a limited seats available for interrail passes and none were left. Interrail doesn’t tell that sort of information when you buy the pass.An alternative for the trains I wanted to book was not valid for us. So I want to be refunded for the passes. Now it seems you only get 85% back for a pass you can not use. While the reason is not you but interrail. Also the rules you have to follow to get your pass paid back are unclear.On support page I read: “ Log into your Interrail account at the top right of your screen. You can then request a refund by clicking on ‘VIEW DETAILS’ and continue via the tab ‘GO’ in the Cancellations and Refunds box. ” I logged in to my interrail account but I don’t se
