Hi Marion,I reserved 2nd class on several trenitalia trains last week for family of four. The reservations that were emailed were all first class. I have emailed support for help but no reply yetCan you help with this ?thank you

I checked on the OBB site and at least one of the trains i booked has now sold out in 2nd classI cannot wait any longer for this problem to be fixed so I have now booked trains through OBB instead. I have emailed support requesting a refund for the incorrect bookings.@seewulf thank you for trying to help get a response from the interrail team
