2 weeks with no reply from support to email
I need to know urgently if this can be fixed or not.
If not i can try to re-book elsewhere while i wait for refund.
if it can be fixed please re-assure me that this can happen.

@Leo @Felipe.iturrieta to tag more Eurail members as iam not sure who is currently in the office.
I checked on the OBB site and at least one of the trains i booked has now sold out in 2nd class
I cannot wait any longer for this problem to be fixed so I have now booked trains through OBB instead. I have emailed support requesting a refund for the incorrect bookings.

Hello, this issue was known to us and all clients with failed prereservations have been emailed and refunded.
