hello,we are going to buy a 2nd interrail pass for our family this summer to travel to Italy.we bought one to go to Lapland this winter.Are there reductions when we buy several passes during the year?Thanks !
I'm writing to you with specific question about seat reservation. I would like to book reservation for six people for connection between Nice-Ville and Paris. Specifically 11.06.2022 7:16 PM. I have option to reserve couchette for only five people. Is this an error on website?For six people there is no option for reservation.
My pass shows up on app and is activated. 2 other travelers in our group shows name and pass number. When we put their pass info in it says something went wrong try soon or contact us. Emailed multiple times, still cannot add passes? Not sure if I'm missing something or what?
I am a non-European with a non-European passport, but I have a student visa for a country in the EU and is currently studying here so I am confused about the ‘country of residence’ bit. I would prefer to get the Eurail pass rather than the Interrail pass, but am I allowed to do so?
This is the statement on the EuRail site regarding pass exchanges: Refund and exchange requests for Rail Passes without a predefined start date (open date Passes), can be granted if such Passes are returned to us unused, not activated, and no later than six months from the last possible activation date of the Pass. I have sent a question to EuRail, but it’s been 2 weeks without an answer yet. I know they are busy. Does six months from the last possible activation date mean Six months AFTER the last possible activation date OR Six months BEFORE the last possible activation dateDoes anyone know for sure? If six months before I need to make my exchange by Saturday. If six months after I have until October. ‘Thanks so much for any assistance you can provide.
What is the cover pass number , and how do I get it for my mobile interrail pass ? It seems it is necessary in order to make some reservations . Thanks, David Byrne
I bought a global pass on 3/31/22 and since 4/12/22 I have sent 30 emails to you. I can not reserve a seat for any of my intended trips (Troyes-Girona; Troyes-Toulouse), neither spontaneously nor with a lead time of 8 weeks! I can do NOTHING with this ticket as. I had to drive to and from Spain by car and had to buy additional airline tickets for Toulouse. Your ticket does nothing at all and is an absolute bust in my opinion. I want my money back completely and immediately! I will not wait another day! As far as I know, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU. Since I wanted to return my passport already from 12.4, I also want my complete money back!
